COVID-19 Moderna Booster Clinic

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts recommends and allows all adults 18+ who have completed an initial Covid-19 vaccine series to receive a Covid-19 booster vaccine.

Please bring your vaccination card. If you need a new card and you were vaccinated by Whitman Fire, please call 781-618-9778 or email dclancy@whitman-ma.gov.

If you need help with your registration or you don’t have a computer, please call the number above and leave a clear message.

Masks must be worn at the vaccination site.
