The Whitman Board of Selectmen will host a public ascertainment proceeding hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 7:00 P.M., pursuant to 47 USC Sec. 546 (Section 626 of the Cable Act) regarding the renewal of the cable television license of Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC (formerly Comcast of Massachusetts I, Inc.) ("Comcast"). The purpose of the proceeding is to: (a) identify the future cable-related community needs and interests, and (b) review the performance of the cable operator under its current Cable License.

The meeting will take place at Whitman Town Hall in the Board of Selectmen's Meeting Room.
