[ARCHIVED] Voter Registration Deadline for 11/6/2018 election

VOTER REGISTRATION – STATE ELECTION
Town Clerk Dawn Varley announces that the final day and hour to register to vote for the November 6, 2018 State Election is on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.   
A person must be 18 years of age or older by the date of the election, and a citizen of the United States by birth or naturalization.  Persons who have previously registered and have continuously resided in Whitman and have returned their census do not have to register again.
Registration is also held daily in the Town Clerk’s Office from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Mon., Weds., Thurs., (closed Fridays)  and every Tuesday  from 8 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.   Mail-In registration forms are also available throughout the Town and the State.  Mail-in forms will also be sent to anyone requesting one. You may also register online at www.registertovotema.com  
Residents are urged to call the Town Clerk at 781-618-9710 with any questions about their voting status, or you may check your status online.
