Beginning on January 20, 2015, the Whitman Assessors Office will be conducting a town-wide reassessment as required every nine years as mandated by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Patriot Properties will be conducting interior and exterior inspections to verify the accuracy of our property record cards. The inspections will consist of a brief walkthrough of the interior of the home as well as an inspection and measurement of the exterior of the home.
