Absentee ballots are now Available for the Annual Town Election
Absentee ballots for the May 21, 2022 Annual Town Election are now available in the Town Clerk’s office. Voters that will have to vote by absentee ballot for this Election are asked to please fill out an absentee application as soon as possible. Anyone voting by absentee ballot by mail must fill out an application or send a letter to the Town Clerk with their signature in order to be able to have an absentee ballot sent to them. Absentee voting may also be done in person at the Town Clerk’s office. Voters may vote absentee only if you are absent from the town during the hours the polls are open; physical disability; or religious belief. The Annual Town Election will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022. The polls will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All Whitman voters will vote at the Town Hall, 54 South Avenue. Applications for absentee balllots must be filed no later than noon on Friday, May 20, 2022.
